Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim is on the hunt for a new left-back, and while Alphonso Davies may be a tough target to land, the club is reportedly eyeing AC Milan’s Theo Hernández as an alternative.

According to Sky Sport Deutschland’s Florian Plettenberg, Hernández, a 27-year-old France international, is high on United’s transfer shortlist. The Red Devils see him as a strong option to strengthen the left side of their defense if a move for Bayern Munich’s Davies doesn’t materialize.

AC Milan is reportedly in talks with Hernández’s representatives over a new long-term deal that would keep him at the San Siro until 2029. However, without an agreement in place, he’ll enter the final 18 months of his current contract in January. Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story.
